We give so much importance to all our bookings so that customers shouldn’t have any kind of hassle in their travel. But due to some unexpected reasons and unavoidable situations you may have to cancel the booking. We understand that the cancellation is very important for you but your booking is most valuable for us since we will have a vehicle allotted for your journey. Therefore we sincerely request you to provide some early intimation regarding the cancellation so as to avoid any confusion.

We take very less amount as the advance booking amount which we utilize for sanitizing the vehicle. It would incur a great loss for us. So providing a refund would be an impossible task for us. You can reschedule your booking for any time in the future and the advance amount will be taken for that time with a little amount as cancellation charges. Below given are our cancellation and refund policies.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Since the advance amount we take is 20% of the total booking, it is nonrefundable.
  • In any case, if the booking is canceled by the guest for any reason booking amount will not be refunded.
  •  In case of no show or no answer from the guest on the day of travel the advance amount will beconsidered as cancelation fees and it is non-refundable.
  • If you are planning to reschedule your travel the booking amount will be adjusted for the next journey date with some cancellation fees.
  •  Any refund availed with respect to any death emergency occurred the refund will be processed in 5-7 business days.
  • The advance amount is non-refundable if the booking is canceled because of natural calamities or social disorders.
