Often a client searching for cabs for hire through online portals will be having some set of questions that he needs to be clarified. Apparently some doubts and queries will be raised while scrolling through our website as well. Below are some of the questions answered as per our company’s terms and conditions. Some of the questions asked by customers have been answered as well.

How can I book your taxi service?

You can select the “BOOK CAB” option on our website, fill in your email and contact number. Our executives will be in touch with you immediately. You can also drop a mail or text to the number and email provided.

How soon can one get a cab if he needs the service urgently?

The cab will be at your doorstep within 30-45 minutes of your booking. Since the vehicles are sanitized beforehand there will not be any delay in cab’s arrival.

How frequently cabs are sanitized?

The vehicle will be sent for sanitization as soon as it completes one journey.

What will be the vehicle’s condition and quality?

We have around 25 vehicles with us. And all of them are within 1 and 2 years old vehicles. They are well maintained, serviced, and are working in perfect condition.

How trustworthy and reliable are your drivers?

All our drivers are well experienced in the travel field for more than 15 years. Each of them is handpicked after making a complete background check. They are very professional and reliable drivers.

Do I get a proper bill for my booking?

Every booking done with us will have an invoice including the GST. GST 5% will be extra apart from the actual price informed on our website.

Do we have to make advance payment for booking the vehicle?

Yes. Since we care about the vehicle and customer hygiene, we sanitize the vehicle before sending it to the customer’s door. So we take a 25% advance payment in order to take these necessary measures.

How can we make the payment for the booking?

We have both cash and online payment options to pay the booking amount. You can either pay by cash or through online payment options.

What happens in the case of a vehicle breakdown?

As all our vehicles are in very good condition the chances of breakdown is almost zero. But under some unavoidable circumstances, if anything were to happen, alternate arrangements will be done with immediate effect.

What are your cancellation and refund policy?

Our cancellation and refund policy can be read in the email that we send you after your confirmation of the booking. You can read it on our website too.
